The worst customer service! I submitted an order for a corporate summit over a month ago.

All of my emails were ignored. I had to hunt down the person in charge of my order who kept stating that the order would be ready by our deadline. The patch mock ups I did see were UNREADABLE! 5 days before our summit I called again to check on the status and was reluctantly told they wouldn't arrive in time.

I asked for my money back and am now having to rush the order with a different company. Don't waste your money or time. These people are unprofessional.

I have never worked with such a disorganized vendor before. Perhaps the money they spent on the call center, automatic response emails, and website should be used for hiring more competent people.
