I've had seven orders now with the Studio.Six of which had some sort of customer service problem.

The Chinese factory that produces their patches do good work, and that's probably why I didn't give up on them. But the last two orders I placed were two and three weeks late. Customer service gave me the runaround, and at one point, tried to make this my fault?!? There has never been a discount, sincere apology, etc.

It just seems like listening to my complaints is their usual. I do business with several suppliers of embroidery. All will have delays from time to time. The/Studio being the worst.

But their customer service is truly atrocious.Stay away.

Buyer beware.There is a lot of blogs and comments on Butler Patches and Butler custom products, which was renamed into THE/STUDIO.

Yusurf hasn't changed.

Also, beware of false comments on blogs, they are usually from the employees.
